Stake Terms
Please read the following terms carefully before staking.
Stake Conditions
Minimum Stake
Each Vault has a minimum stake amount. You cannot stake below this threshold.
Minimum Operation Period
Each Vault has a minimum operation period (e.g., 30, 90, or 180 days). Early redemption before this period ends may incur a penalty.
No Cancellation
Once a stake is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or reversed.
Share Allocation
Shares are determined by forward pricing and allocated at the next NAV confirmation, not at the time of staking. Estimated shares shown before confirmation are for reference only.
Risk Disclosure
Principal Risk
The value of assets managed by Vaults may fluctuate, and your principal may decrease.
Rewards Distribution
Rewards may vary by Vault performance and settlement results. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Blockchain Irreversibility
On-chain transactions cannot be reversed once confirmed. Please verify all details before signing.
Circuit Breaker
If NAV anomalies are detected, staking and redemptions for the affected Vault may be temporarily suspended.
Redemption & Withdrawal
Early Redemption Fee
Redeeming before the minimum operation period ends incurs a fee. The fee rate varies by Vault.
Notice Period
A notice period applies between a redemption request and execution. Funds are not available for withdrawal until the redemption is completed and credited to your Available Balance.
Valuation at Redemption
The final redemption value is calculated using the NAV applied at execution, not the estimate shown at request. The confirmed amount may differ from the estimate.
Fixed Withdrawal Address
Withdrawals are sent to the wallet address used for authentication. This address cannot be changed.
Withdrawal Limits
Per-user and system-wide withdrawal limits apply. Processing may take longer if limits are exceeded.
User Responsibilities
Wallet Security
You are responsible for managing your wallet's private keys and seed phrase. Lost keys cannot be recovered.
Tax Obligations
You are responsible for reporting and paying taxes on any rewards earned through the platform.
